I've located a Kubota 1550 hydro 4wd urf tires and a loader. It has 1500 hours, and appears to have been parked outside all it's life. The seller is asking $9,900. Is it a good price? Any and all comments, via this board, or direct would be appreciated. I posted this msg before but didn't get much response, so I'm still in the dark.

Not overly familiar with a 1550, however 1500 hours, sitting outside all it'slife $9900 sounds a little high to me. Tim ....

For what its worth, when I was looking for a tractor I saw an ad in the Dallas Morning News for a B1550 for $6,300. I called the used tractor dealer who placed the ad and he said it had been sold. He said it looked like it had been on the ocean floor. I take that to mean pretty rough. I went to the dealer and looked at a B7100 with about 500 hours and it looked to ME like it had been on the ocean floor and he was asking $6,900 for it. He said it was in a lot better shape than the B1550 he had sold earlier. All in all the $9,900 seems high for 1500 hours, but I'm not sure how high. ....

I would say 6,000 would be a fair price, you can buy a new 7300 with a loader for 10800. I just sold a B6100 with a tiller for 6000 and that was a fair price, ....
